Work from second home in Spain (and live there) but be registered in Switzerland

I have my company in Switzerland but plan to live and work from a second apartment in Spain most of the time (while being registered as a privat person and also the company in Switzerland, also pay taxes her). Is that legal? Any experiences/advice?

No, its tax evasion, the Spanish won't be happy. If the Swiss find out you will loose your permit, which may cause you some issues.

Re: Work from second home in Spain (and live there) but be registered in Switzerland

I have a Swiss passport ;-) I was just thinking what the situation is for all the digital nomads (which I am kind of, too) who work from all over the world. If I have an apartment and office in Switzerland and work from Spain but come back to Switzerland every now and then it would be kind of the same like a digital nomad who just works while traveling/staying abroad wouldn't it?
Thanks for your advice!!

It depends on the residency rules -- I'm not familiar with Spanish tax regulations, but there will certainly be a threshold (90 days? 183 days?) of days spent in Spain over which you will be considered a Spanish resident. Once you're considered a Spanish resident, that's almost certainly where you'll be taxed.

From a Swiss point of view, I'm sure they won't mind, if you stay signed in, pay your krankenkasse, ahv, uhv and tax etc.

It's the Spanish that would have a problem with it. I assume you'd also have to pay tax in Spain, or move on to another country as you approach the tax threshold number of days!

Is it me or is the OP and MMM the same person?
They seem to be replying to the comments as if they were directed to both of them.

See here too

How to get from Switzerland to Spain with a lot of luggage?
