need to know regulations on domestic help
Hello, I have hired a housekeeper who helps with cooking. She currently works 8 hours a week and asked to be paid in cash. I know I must insist that she get a bank account and also pay taxes on the income, but I need help knowing exactly what the rules are so I can create an employment contract. For example when do I need to provide insurance for a domestic worker, etc.
