I would like to ask a question:

In case of a contract between a company based in Switzerland and a company which provides services to it from abroad (EU).

If the service provider company ends the contract agreement before the notice period, what are the consequences to this company?

Good chance the service company will get sued for damages if they don't comply with their contractual obligations.
