Home cooking business and kitchen inspection - Zuerich
My friend and I are considering if starting a home cooking business and if so, we were wondering which kind of requirements the Kantonales Labor requires.
I am worried as I don't have a big kitchen and the food storages (i.e. the freezer) are very limited, small - although I don't really need it for the business itself.
Any of you has experience maybe?
