Vesting and Cliff under Swiss Law

Dear EF'ers

For startup equity distribution amongst founders it is very common in US to utilize the 4 years vesting and one year cliff (concept)

Can anyone kindly confirm whether/if this is indeed possible when incorporating in Switzerland? Ofcourse, would appreciate/feel encouraged if someone here can say she actually did it.

If answer to above is yes, does any firm providing legal services for incorporation be able to help or are there specific ones you would recommend to have this specific setup?

Thanks a lot in advance.
Cheers, Bender
