Property development company setup

Hello Everyone,
I started property developing as an individual; however I'd like to setup a company to do this more professionally and less risky (also for tax reasons).

Is there anyone who could help me with the conditions required by the banks if I'd like to have a credit for a property with my newly setup company?

Thanks a lot!

Best is talk to a bank. I think it depends on your invested capital, amount of credit and investment and risk profile.
