Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer in Zurich who speaks English that can represent me in court to defend and counter claim from an unscrupulous supplier of services I used back in 2015.

I have disputed their claim which amounts to CHF 700 approx but have just attended the pre-court hearing where they tried to bully me into paying for their failure to deliver services.

I was told at the pre-court hearing I can now counterclaim for losses occurred which far exceeds their original claim so now the case goes to the main court in Zurich.

So if anyone knows any good lawyer or if you are a good freelance lawyer and can charge a reasonable price.
