Any information about SA would be appreciated

In order to start SA 100k is required of which 50k is minimum to open SA , but when i checked with lawyers they said SA can be opened with 50k and the other 50k the company is liable, so what does this exactly mean, will the company business account have -50k as opening balance ? or is it possible to open SA with first 50 k and then later pay the remaining 50k lin 6 months ?
Any information would be appreciated. Thank you

How did I find this well hidden secret? I searched "switzerland gmbh" on Google (more popular term, easier to find results), scrolled till I saw the kmu website, and switched from Gmbh to AG on the website...
- no lawyers paid
- going directly to the source instead of people's interpretation of the source

https://www.kmu.admin.ch/kmu/en/home...d-company.html

"The company's capital requirement (share capital) must amount to at least CHF 100,000 (Art. 621–622, Swiss Code of Obligations). It must be at least 20% paid-up (discharged), but at a minimum of CHF 50,000 (Art. 632 Swiss Code of Obligations). This share capital does not necessarily need to be paid in cash. It can be paid in the form of benefits in kind (e.g. real property, machines, etc.)."

Have a nice day!
