I'm looking for some help in regards to importing and exporting.

More immediately importing a wellness and hygiene product I think might have a market here.

The owner of the product wants me to market, place and sell the product here. I have no clue in regards to laws and regulation in regards to this subject. Would somebody kindly direct me through this process?

1. What are my legal obligations?
2. Do I need a license or certification?
3. Can I contact vendors directly?

Any help would be appreciated.
