Accounting consultancy for Einzelfirma

Can anybody recommend accounting consultant that could help newly founded Einzelfirma orient how to pay income tax, AHV, VAT?

Income tax is easy:

If taxed at source you request at the end of the tax year a the regular tax forms, fill in all the personal details, income (worldwide), wealth (worldwide) etc. fill in Hilfsblatt A, add the profit of of your company to your personal income, sent in the tax forms and wait for the bills to arrive. If you are already regularly taxed it is the same as explained before excepted that you do not have to request the tax forms as you get the already each year.

Be aware: It can take up to years before you get your final bill. Put enough money to the side such that you can pay the tax bill. You might request pre-payment slips from your local tax office.

SVA (AHV/IV/ALV etc.) is also easy:
You register with SVA, and once accepted they will send you the bills. You pay them. As it make some time until your business is fully recognized, and you are billed retrospectively you must once again do some financial planning and set enough money to the side.

VAT/MwST is the most complicated of them.
That is kinda explained here: https://www.kmu.admin.ch/kmu/en/home...taxes/vat.html

Re: Accounting consultancy for Einzelfirma

Thank you. Einzelfirma is sole income source for my spouse. I am not on Quellensteuer because of the higher than the limit income. I wonder if it impacts my wife.
So no tax declaration throughout the year and no monthly or quarterly payments? Amazing country :-)

The worldwide income of wife and husband are taxed together as one single income. So it impacts you as well

One single tax declaration and voluntarily payment throughout the year.

Be aware that the tax is due on September 30 of the tax year. Any tax paid before that date is awarded with a whooping 0.25% interest. Any tax not paid after this date until you get the final bill is charged with an equally whooping interest of 0.25%. Once you get the final bill you must pay it within 30 days. Any thing paid later is charged with an 4.5% interest in addition they will use all means possible to get the money including Betreibung/Poursuit.
(Applies to canton Zurich. https://www.zh.ch/de/steuern-finanze...stb-174-1.html Other cantons other rules. Interest is p.a. and calculated for the exact period).
