limited liability company, how to file the AVS

Hi, everyone, i am considering changing my sole proprietorship to LLC, and currently facing the problem of how AVS prepaid will calculate.
for sole proprietorship, you need to pay a limited amount of about 5400 every year because the canton of Vaud consider 57400 as the minimum salary.

for LLC, is that based on the profit i made and not pay in advance, or i make prepaid, how is the amount of money calculated.
thank you.

Re: limited liability company, how to file the AVS

Make sure you have your permit status solved first? Then hire a person as director who can check and arrange this all for you.

Maybe you can find some information here:

Re: limited liability company, how to file the AVS

Maybe it is a language thing but what you want might not be what the authorities want.

Just give them a call and ask what the minimum is you need to pay.

And check out that permit thing, as written in the other thread your having a GmbH does not automatically mean you get a permit.

The year end earnings or profit of a Sarl/GmbH has nothing to do with the AVS/OASI owned

for the LLC, you can find a director and live wherever you want, that means you don't need permit. I just not sure how much i will have to invest at onece, 20K CHF as capital, and director fee and notroy fee, i guest there are AVS i need to pay even though i am not living in switerland, but i made profit thought the LLC, i will pay company profit tax of course, but i read in other thread, as LLC, you don't need to pay other social related obligation tax, but you need to pay AVS.
