Hi Pakhi.
We have been through this during last 12 months.
You can start making your homemade food without a lot of formalities.
You don't need a formal company incorporation. As soon as you start selling, you are considered as sole proprietorship.
You need to inform the Kantonal Food Control about your starting activity. For Zurich, this is the link
https://www.zh.ch/de/gesundheit/lebensmittel.html
A "Food Police" control will show up without preventive notice to check the status of the place where you make your production.
There are rules to follow and they will inform you about the changes you have to make/implement.
Then, they will return, again without notice, to check if you have implemented the changes.
Both control have a cost of circa 250 CHF.
I would highly reccomend you to have a liability insurance.
Hope this helps
