Declaring tax for small enterprise which stopped the commerce

Hi all,

I've a few question regarding my situation with declaring tax, if you have any ideas or know anything about this, please let me know

I have registered a small enterprise SARL in 2013 & open the small restaurant, however I closed the restaurant in 2015, from 2015 till now, I didn't know that I have to declare tax every year, so that I have to pay for the fine every year for not declare tax for the enterprise. I had terminated my bank account, as well as the restaurant is closed, I don't have any balance sheet.

Do you know what can I do to declare tax for my enterprise, I don't want to terminate the enterprise because I want to do commerce later. Or you can recommend me any fiducaire who can help me to solve this problem? Thanks in advance. If it's in canton de Vaud, it'll be better for me (I live in Lausanne)

Hope that someone can help me. Appreciate it. Thanks a lot for reading

Not an expert on the subject (especially in CH) but it seems to me that if you want to keep the company in business for future use you're going to have to provide accounts for all the interim years, whether it was trading or not

I'd have thought it better, if it's possible, to have it retrospectively wound up from the point that you stopped trading,or at least close it down as of now, then simply start a new one when you need it again. I did this a couple of times in the UK in slightly similar, although not identical, circumstances. No point whatsoever keeping an entity alive but non-functioning, with all the paperwork that you still need to provide.

In the UK a company can go dormant. Maybe it can be done here as well?
