I'm looking at renting a commercial space that is zoned for mixed commercial/residential.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out what limitations there may be on trading hours, noise, use of space etc... ? ?
It's a small restaurant that we want to convert to 'community use' - groups, clubs etc. But not a nightclub or anything really noisy...
I've already found the zoning - level III noise - moderately disruptive commercial use...
