Signwriting - Rules for street signs ?

Hi,

I am taking on a new business and need to work on my signage - the building has existing signs in three places (large metal plates).

Are there any regulations about what can be put on signs (size, text etc) ?

Also, if anyone can recommend a good signwriter, around Zurich or elsewhere, please do let me know!

Are there any rules about small moveable (A-frame) signs ?
