Importing EU workers and furniture

Let me know if this is already answered, I could not find anything using search. I am looking to do a renovation in Switzerland. I have found a (non-Swiss) EU company that has the workers and can provide the supplies at a lower cost. I am looking for the process to have this EU company do the renovation absolutely legally. I understand that there are specific rules, which I am looking to clarify.

Importing furniture / equipment:
I understand that each product (e.g. tiles, couch, kitchen) has its own rate. One has to login at www.tares.ch and search for the specific product. If I am correct, each product has to pay Swiss VAT, duty usually applies to non-Swiss products and some categories also have a tax per net weight. Questions:
1) Is my understanding correct?
2) where can i find the form required to fill?
3) additional tax is sometimes referred as % of net weight. Assuming it is 15%, is the calculation 15CHF per 100kg?

Bringing EU workers
Again from reading on the internet, I understand that for EU workers coming for less than 90 days (which is my case), a permit is not required. What is required is a registration / notification and having health insurance for the workers. Also, someone told me that these workers should be paid according to Swiss rate. Questions:
4) By Swiss rate, they mean the minimum wage? how much is it?

5) who pays the salary? the EU company or me? total salary is paid or the difference with the EU country salary?
6) is there a requirement for health insurance or simply any package works?

Thanks in advance for any help
