Hire a good copy editor and a good web designer - and publicize your website.

Yeah got a link? If you want to "spread the word" then no better way to do that than by posting your link.

Are you working in house currently? I have quiet a few design clients. If you want I can hand them all over to you guys. I have human years of design experience but no donkey years

Re: I need some suggestions...

goodhill I will be helpful...after the piss take. You will have to do the usual marketing that is involved in any business.

Website
business cards
network
win competitions to promote your name
pimp big name projects to show off your skills
be excellent at what you do so the word of mouth spreads...all my clients are through word of mouth and by winning awards

Ok that is enough info for someone who will compete with me

What kind of company are you setting up? There is a thread going on if interested-

That is you as well? Am I missing something

Re: I need some suggestions...

Yes, that's me too....

Forgot to mention, other than my degree...I have a lot of other interest....makeup and graphics and design...

So since HR is out for me (a regular job is better with kids), I decided to see if I could struck it out on my own with a partner...
