Genossenschaft/AG/Association?

Hello

I want to found a business using the legal form of a registered cooperative, a so called “Genossenschaft”. Does anyone of you have experience with such an undertaking in Switzerland? In particular I would need to know how to draft the statutes, how to setup the organizational design (Verwaltungsrat, Generalversamlung, how the voting rights are distributed etc.).

Thanks for any help you may provide!
K

Re: Genossenschaft/AG/Association?

Your a person with many questions.

My offer is to hire an accountant or Treuhander to handle your questions,
legal matters, taxation and other Swiss bureaucracy. Look up Treuhander
in the phone book or online guide for your area.

Good luck!

Mmm yes, I could do that but I wanted to document myself first so that I can minimize the time with these very expensive individuals

I am hoping someone has at least some information about this type of company...

Ciao

Why would you want to be a cooperative?

To provide an open platform that many people can flexibly join
