Accounting, Tax and Legal Advisor needed

Hi to all,
I am new in this forum. I registered myself because i have a very specific question and i need all possible help.
I have been in CH the last 1 1/2 year. I have EU passoport. I have created my own GmbH in Zug and i am using it to invoice my customers. I am working in the IT sector and my projects might be in Switzerland or all over Europe without specific duration.
I want to save myself the need to hire separately a law firm, an accounting firm and a trust company to solve my legal, tax, accounting and banking issues. I am looking to hire ONE person and be capable to provide me with the services of all these three categories of professionals in an integrated and cost-efficient manner. I don't want to go to the ''Big Five'' firms because i just don't trust them. They have out of the box solutions and i am looking for a customized one. I want to have a personal contact with this specialist that i am looking. Specifically, this person needs to speak English, leave in the german part of Switzerland (Thurgau)to be certified Accountant, to have knowledge on International Accounting and Tax legislation and to know the Swiss legal system. Nice to have would be knowledge in banking and insurances. I know i am looking for a Guru, yes, but i want to have an overall conversaton with him/her and expalin my current situation and my future plans.
If it happens any of your to know a clever guy who know his job and can answer questions, please let me know. Appreciate any information.
Thank you all in advance.

Re: Accounting, Tax and Legal Advisor needed

The "Big 5" are now the "Big 4" If price of service is your concern feel free to look to a smaller firm. I don't think trust should be an issue. There is a reason they are called the "Big 4." They have unmatched resources that provide solutions. They do not have to operate within the box. If you are looking for uncertain tax advice be aware of the fact that just because a smaller firm offers the advice doesn't mean the taxing authorities will accept it under audit.

Unless you are very wealthy (and I mean ultra high net worth 25musd+) I personally would not use a big 4 firm for all private advice. The good partners and managers are too expensive to do all the leg work, and the juniors turnover too quickly to build up a knowledge of the files.

Dont get me wrong I have been extremely well advised on some specific topics and tax negotiations by teams from big firms, but we are talking about fees well into 6 figures CHF, picked up as part of much larger transactions.

You are better served for the bread and butter stuff by a good small firm. I have had good, albeit limited, experience with Bruno Bosshardt at www.bbtreuhand.ch in Zug. I just dont use them for personal stuff as I am based in Schwyz and local knowledge is key in CH.

Regards,
Daniel
