Eventually, I got B permit, but not as self-employed.

Congratulations!

What were their reasons for refusing the self-employment? Or did you not take that route in the end and just went for a full time nanny position with one family?

Thank you, Medea Fleecestealer. No, I did not go the self-employment route. I signed a contract for a part-time job as a babysitter and applied with that contract. I also work for others as a childcare person.
