Help or tips with a shop webpage or brochure?

Would anyone consider helping me ( an Aussie Girl) do a basic website or very simple brochure for my tiny ...but beautiful... shop?

I thought I'd post here on the forum to see if anyone does that sort of thing as more of a hobby, or at least to see if any of you have some tips for me to try to give it a go myself?

Any assistance would be much appreciated!!

Re: Help or tips with a shop webpage or brochure?

several options
1. find a webhost with shopping cart
2. build a store yourself
3. ask someone like Evolver who coded Britshop himself for help
4. ebay/Yahoo/etc stores

Web site designer needed

Hi

I am tryig to find someone other than companies who can design a web site for me.

If someone works in IT and also does work for them self and would like to assist me, please feel free to drop me a line.

I don't have a lot of money to spend as I am just starting up a business in retail baby clothing so if you can build one for me at an affordble cost. I would be very greatfull

Thanks

Well Lob Rockster, I had to tell you that I just went to the britshop site & I was quite shocked to see that I have met the girl Joanne who owns the shop & I do in fact have her telephone number!
It just goes to show what a small world it really is.....the expat world!!
Thanks again.

Funny, I just posted much the same question as you just a few minutes before.
I also have a store which is fairly new & am thinking it would definitely help build up the business with something online.
Good luck & you should check out the replies to my post too in case it's of any help to you.

Hello both, have a look for member Blaze (JonJay) he's a graphic artist doing webby stuff. Am sure he would do something at a reasonable rate.

Hi there,

I'm also doing stuff part time (next to my 150% job )
Already got shop experience as you can see

Send me a PM with the details and I'll be happy to send you a quote.
Price won't be student level, but much more affordable than a "professional" company.

Re: Help or tips with a shop webpage or brochure?

hi JAPP

Perhaps you could give Mambo a try.

It is free and all you need to do is to add your information to the template.

The beauty of it is that there is no need to do any page writing at all because it is all already done for you.
