After 85,000 words, I've just finished the draft of my first attempt at a novel. It was fbk's thread that finally got me off my ass:
Researching Switzerland for a book

Hey making pies is VERY creative. I have a design friend back in the US who just opened up a pop up pie shop to start a design initiative in a small town in Alabama: http://pielab.org/ She makes gorgeous pies now!

I think some are hoping that you will hand them well paying projects $$££CHF Four pages worth of creative people means UBS bank would need to be raided soon.

I am 3d/2d designer. Would not be getting involved with anything right now but might be up for it towards second half of the year. Keep the creative flame burning.

That is cool. That's one of my lifelong dreams. Glad to hear you did it. I happen to think creativity is contagious, and inspiration infectious.

Re: Calling all Creatives

In this thread, I'm just seeing a listing of people who would like to do something. However, I'm not sure that EF is the right place in which to do something like that.
I found this site recently and it seems that it could be a great platform to create some collaborative projects.
http://www.amazee.com/

For example, here is a photographic project based in Zürich
http://www.amazee.com/photo-startup-zurich#navigator

Have fun!

Re: Calling all Creatives

Thanks for all the posts. Definitely lots of talent out there.

Let us let this thread roll for another week, then start planning/discussing a shindig for some time in April/May.

Stay tuned ladies and gents.

  • photographer (digital)
  • layout designer (print and online)
  • writer (prose and poetry)
  • major stalker (you need lots of creative avenues to do this )
