Trading standards

I am in discussion with a UK company regarding the distribution rights for their product in Switzerland. They have a product which contains a liquid and can be sold in DIY stores, who do I need to visit regarding having the correct labelling for the product to be salable in Switzerland ? Any ideas! The product is environmentally friendly.
