What (minimum) age kids?

I'll help with the "stage handing", work/travel permitting.

It depends on what they can handle. It can be quite rigorous especially when combined with school. My youngest was 8 at her first panto, and did fine.

I'm not doing stage manager this year. I've developed an irrational fear of curtains.

Ours prob too young then. Maybe in a couple of year's time...

What days would you be doing the rehersals for the panto? Obviously I don't want to come and audition if I can't make any rehersals afterwards! ha ha. Looks like fun though....

The website seems accessible again...

The audition form has the details, but I'll reproduce them here:

Rehearsals will take place probably on Tuesdays and Thursdays from mid August to December. If cast, you would be expected to rehearse two evenings a week. From mid November until opening night, you would probably have to rehearse two or three times a week including some weekends. December is mandatory.

The Panto will be at the Scala Basel Theatre on the 8th,9th,10th,11th December. There will be 6 performances: 4 evenings and 2 matinees (on the Saturday & Sunday)

Roles will be chosen hopefully by end May. There will be a few ‘read through’ rehearsals between end-May and mid-August - quite a few people will be away on holiday, we will try to work round that. All roles will have a script during the summer so that you can start to learn lines and explore your characters.

To be in the Panto as a performer or a listed member of the production team you have to be/become a member of the BEPG.
