So sorry we didn't make it either. The cat had an accident and we had to take her to the vet. Not easy to do on a Saturday and very expensive.

Glad you had a good time. We were looking forward to seeing you play and wouldn't even have had to drive so could have enjoyed the odd glass of wine or two. (hopefully without falling in the canal on the way home)

sorry my dear- hope it was great. we had two friends visit last minute from new york-

and after checking the train, it wasn't an easy schedule. glad you enjoyed and congrats!

I turned up here, and there wasn't sight nor sound of you, or any kind of event taking place anywhere - wine drinking, musical or otherwise.

I waited and waited - sold my horn for a tenner, had an ice cream in a cornet, and then had a game of Top Trumpets.

Eventually gave up and went home.

That's ok, I wasn't abandoned or anything. One of my work colleagues came with some friends, then when they left I hung out with the other band members. Sorry, I did get your text (right in the middle of my delicious horseburger dinner arriving... I meant to text back!).

As far as going back in the middle of the night goes... I didn't go home until yesterday afternoon!

Oh no!!! Maybe I should have stated that there are two Cressiers. You obviously went to Fribourg, not Neuchâtel. I appreciate you making the effort and I'm so sorry you ended up in the wrong place! To be honest, I forgot there was another Cressier.

I also appreciated the brass jokes.
