ok - it's in my diary! I'm doing an all-day cycle ride the day before (another event here on EF) so will be limping, rubbing my arse, and bloody hungry (standard behaviour for me one may say).

Mirfield - is this level of bickering OK? Or do the two of you usually take it to a higher level?

So it might be a haggis and black pud morning for me
How early is not too early for a whisky? And do you have any decent single malts?

i'm a round the clock believer when it comes to whisky! And if its "too early" I'll make mine a whiskey in my Irish Coffee !!! Yum yum ! Oban 14y, Cragganmore 12y, Talisker 10y, Glenkichie 12y, Edradour 10y, Tullibardine... for the Scottish
Single Malt Irish whiskey : Bushmills malt 10y. | The following 2 users would like to thank marvin777 for this useful post: | |

Love a postprandial single malt too - maybe wouldn't feel so guilty having a small one to round off the morning.

Ahh had to look that one up too !
But since it was at morning's end, thus before lunch, would it not be considered preprandial ?

Yes Lib, B-52 - we had them on the hellnight and breakfast morning, then again this is no guarantee of winning the quiz.
Mimi just picked out the right team that day That and we had mini mimi on our side.
regarding the pictures, i doubt they are still up on the wall
For anyone being in doubt of going, just go ! The food is great, loads of it and don't get me started on the waffles with maple syrup arrrrhhl ( homer style)
Sadly enough i have to pass on this one but i will do my very best to attend at least one event this year.
Ps : Thanks for the picture, but ours involves fake moustaches
Pps : No tags? for G sake people.. get a grip !
