Naga-Mandala
Rani a young bride is locked up by her indifferent and unfaithful husband Appanna, who spends most of his time with his mistress. In an attempt to win over her husband Rani mixes a love-potion extracted from a root into the curry which is accidentally drunk by Naga. Naga, who can take the form of a human being, is enchanted by Rani and begins to visit her every night in the form of her husband changing her life completely.
The performance is in
German and played by actors from Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Lebanon, Turkey, Spain and Uzbekistan. Played by the Painted Byrd Ensemble comprising of Sauro Bianchi, Daniella Franaszek, Jasmin Jbilou, Fatma Karakus, Alexandra Kraft, Ana Otero, Joelle Rahme, Monika Rominger, Doris Seibold and Tokhir Saydullaev.
