Sushi Basics Class Saturday October 29th form 15.00-18.00.

You will learn all the fundamentals about making sushi. How to select and cut the fish and other ingredients, how to cook the rice, how to make various kinds of sushi rolls and nigiri. The class is hands on and you will make enough sushi for two people to have a lovely dinner that evening.

The groups are small so I can give each person individual attention. If you would like to join this class please send me an email to helena@sushifusion.com or call 044 912 02 34 or 079 4141 23 82.
I also do corporate cooking events, special parties and catering.

Google "Sushifusion" and you get http://www.sushifusion.com/en/index.html

If you click on the "Courses" section, you'll see all the info. It is CHF 150 per person, and you get to take away the food you make.
