We're starting a new 6-week boot camps at workplace session beginning 10.10.2011. Here's the information:

- multi-disciplinary range of challenging and fun warm up, drills, and workouts including the following elements:

1. Zürich Lakeside LOCATION: Lakeshore by Swiss Re ( parking lot by the marina)
DATES: 10.10.2011 - 17.11.2011
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
TIME: 12.00 -13.00
TUITION: 450,-CHF ( only 25,-CHF per training)
6 weeks x 3 trainings per week
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 12
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Saturday 8.10. 2011
2. Zürich Oerlikon LOCATION: Marriott Hotel (outdoor green space)
DATES: 11.10.2011 - 18.11.2011
Tuesdays and Thursdays
TIME: 12.00 - 13.00
TUITION: 300,-CHF ( only 25,-CHF per training)
6 weeks x 2 trainings per week
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 12
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Saturday 8.10. 2011
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
All training sessions will proceed according to schedule regardless of the weather condtions. Should there be any unexpected changes, we will contact each registered participant ahead of time. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor exercises. Bring a bottle of water to each training in order to ensure proper hydreation.
