Presents:
Graham Reid’s
hugely successful play
Remembrance
Remembrance, set in Northern Ireland in the 1980s, is a poignant and moving play that charts the love that develops between a Protestant father and a Catholic mother who meet in the cemetery where their sons are buried, both victims of sectarian violence. Their children are bitterly opposed to the relationship.
Reid’s play takes us on a journey of anger, unhappiness, conflict, bitterness and self-destruction, leavened by warmth, kindness, affection and, above all, by generous portions of that uniquely wonderful Irish wit and humour.
"A heart-breaking, yet heart-lifting play, sparkling with wit and ferocity." N.Y. Post. The play is performed on the following dates and times:
November 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16 and 17 (weekdays) at 19.30
