In this weekly class you will learn exercises from the 18 Lohan Hands (includes 8 Brocats) and the 18 Jewels. They are easy to learn and can be practiced anywhere. You will also learn: How to relax and stay focused at the same time. How to generate a Chi Flow to boost your health and vitality.

I've already posted over in the Tai Chi Beginners thread but would like to bump this Qi Gong class for those interested in starting a new hobby, getting fitter, happier...
