Retreat in Vaumarcus - bringing awareness and compassion to our busy lives

Registration is now open! A Weekend retreat with Patrick Gaffney in Vaumarcus (Neuchâtel)

Language: English with Franch and German Translation

Open to: Absolutely anyone who is interested!

Our lives can be so full and move so fast that it’s easy to feel disconnected — from ourselves, from others, and from the world around us. But if we are able to bring awareness and compassion to whatever we are facing, everything is transformed.

During this weekend, Patrick will share insights and practices of meditation and compassion from the Buddhist tradition. We will take a closer look at our minds and will learn methods for cultivating our empathy and compassion. And we will discover how we can begin to transform our attitudes and relationships.

The weekend will be conducted in a spirit of open enquiry, presenting practical advice and tools that
you can make a part of your everyday life — at home… at work… anywhere.

The weekend will be held at Vaumarcus (Neuchâtel) — a relaxing and inspiring countryside venue with a grandiouse view over Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps, which offers a unique opportunity to explore meditation and compassion with Patrick Gaffney in a wonderful environment.
