Yoga Event Every Thurs in ZUG
Hello,
If you have the time and desire for some change to your regular routine or have ever wondered what it’s like to participate in a Yoga class then come along to a Free Event that happens every Thursdays in Zug from 18:00 - 19:15h. There will be a small introduction to the many benefits of yoga, including the different types of yoga practices available, (depending on the number of people a little partner yoga), of course we will move and stretch and finally complete the evening with a breathing exercise followed by a short guided relaxation. It’s open to everyone, esp. those of us that feel we are not flexible enough, physically strong enough, or think that yoga won’t give us the strength that only lifting weights can (yoga produces different type of muscle mass). What ever it is that might be stopping you from joining/considering then place that thought aside, On ‘hold’ just this once, over ride the thought and come along. Girls and GUYS ( and if you happen to enjoy playing Golf or Cycle come along, this event is also for you)!
