After a highly amusing cheese and wine evening last month, (mainly due to the funny stories and general knowledge facts from DB) we are having another one on Thursday 28th May. Mike will have samples of his tasty cheeses for you to try or buy, and there will be wine or soft drinks to accompany the aforementioned delightful morsels. Any English books purchased during the evening will have 10% knocked off the price. Please come down and join us.

Swissbob is now coming too with plenty of his fabulous Spiffing Ales Real Ale. Remember, the wine, beer and cheese is all free all evening and Cath gives 10% off book purchases on the night.

I've got my voice back, in a croaky, vaguely herpetic kind of way.

So I'll be there after all... if only for the peanut butter...
