This running tour enables you to experience Basel from the banks of the Rhine. With its abundance of river side paths many of Basel's well known treasures are within view. Run through 14th century city gates, alongside the only remaining section of the old city wall, across Mittlerbrùcke and see the dam. If we time it right we can even experience a river crossing the local way - on 'Wilde Maa' - a water powered ferry.
