New Years Reolution- Getting fit? Yeah...but actually DOING IT!

Hi there everyone,

I just wanted to give a big shout out reccomendation for my Personal Trainer, Burak Olgun, who owns his own 360 degree health coaching company.

I am a typical woman...love to eat, hate to exercise...procrastinate, love to make excuses, and then blame everything under the sun for not being able to work out and eat well. "I dont have enough time", " I am too tired to cook"...you get the point...

Burak is a very friendly and compassionate coach (and English Speaking....very important as we all know), who is also a great motivator and ass-kicker when you need him to be. He really listened to my individual situation and took into account my lifestyle and time allowances, and he came up with a wonderful lifestyle change that has really given me a new lease of life. The reason I dont call it a diet or health plan is because I will do this for the rest of my life now...not just for a few months and then go back to my bad ways...

He also helped a new mommy friend of mine lose loads of weight (She has a 1 and 4 year old)...the healthy way!

If you REALLY are serious about being healthier this year and wanna stick with it so you dont keep making the same promises to yourself EVERY New Years Eve, check out his website:

Actually I'm trying to make the lifestyle change on my own. Jogging at least twice a week for half and hour each and hiking/cycling for a day in the mountains once a week. Haven't lost the 10 kg that I wanted to yet, but people (German ones, so it must have been honest) have commented that I look trimmer, and I feel a lot more energized.
