My office is located in a medical practice as I work with three MDs / GPs

You could certainly listen to me talk about grief that I have with every single one of those issues that you have listed there.
Yet I am sure of 2 things:
1. On my low wage, plus the fact no health insurance company in Switzerland would reimburse, means I can't afford it.
2. There are absolutely no diplomas, references or details of your fine experience in the field of psychology that could prove to me, from the outset, you would be capable of guiding me through complex issues that you have never really had to suffer through yourself.

Rightly or wrongly, I am always a little sceptical of any business that uses a free email address like Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail for their business. It just does not smack of professionalism IMHO. Just saying ...

I wouldn't. It is irrelevant whether I agree or disagree with the comments. I believe that we are all entitled to give our opinion about how we feel about subject matters that are discussed in an open forum. I believe that is the function of websites like this.

In your own words this forum is about giving our opinion. In other words it is the sharing of our own experiences.

Your long and detailed opneing post was NOT the sharing of opinion, rather the free advertising and promotion of your business.
