| | Re: Wine Advertising | Quote: | | | | | I agree. I never said, the web page looked stunning. Neither did I expect any positive feedback for the web page.
At present, I can't improve the look and feel, because of the given restrictions of the registry. It is difficult to customise the page.
The look and feel is very poor. On the other side, there are positive things about the .Tel domains: They are mobile and low cost, and can be updated "on the go", from the smart phone, etc.
If you will, its a simple landin page, that points you to the websites, that have the bells and the wistles, and all the eye candy. But the eye candy had especially been avoided, for the sake of keeping the page a light weihght page, that loads faster then an average website. Roaoming coste, are suppost to be less, then other mobile websites cost. The domain registry wanted to keep the look minimalistic. And only had come up, a few weeks ago, with a design contest to have a wider template selection from the control (design) panel. | | | | | I bet it looks better once you've drunk a bottle of wine though.

Why, what, who, when?

| | Re: Wine Advertising | Quote: | | | | | @ Bertrand:
Are you refering to the flash website (wix.com)?
I was refering to the mobile web page "www.weinwerbung.tel".
Anyway, I am taking all the comments as constructive feedback or constructive criticism.
I am only developing "www.weinwerbung.tel", because it is a keyword name domain, with a very good Google ranking.
Anybody looking for "Weinwerbung", ugly, or not, will see the page. And from there, he could get pointe to a other website, that looks more interesting. | | | | | Absolutely pointless thread, with no relevence to life in Switzerland and evasive and smart answers. Wine advertising by any other name smells of hairy monsters living under a bridge.
Guess what's happening to this thread?
