Some crispy, peppery watercress with Stilton sandwiches please. Maybe with some sliced fig, in season.

Now I'm not suggesting you put this on the menu Grumpy, but for my lunch yesterday I had my fave...........a banana sandwich! Don't sick-up in your waste bin, it really is heavenly with sprinkled sugar on. How old am I again ? | The following 2 users would like to thank Yorkie for this useful post:

Not quite what I originally had in mind.... but my Bagel Bar is now open at the Viadukt. At the moment I have plain, onion, wholemeal and raisin and cinnamon. You can buy to take home (fresh or frozen) or I can toast them for you and serve them with cream cheese, cheddar and chutney or Stilton and Port jelly.
Smoked salmon will be available once we sort out some details with our contract (at the mo we are cheese only).
Hopefully next week we will also start to serve mini Ploughmans Lunches to take away too.
Thanks for all your suggestions, I'll bear them all in mind as my new stall develops.

Can you sort out the contract to also allow bacon, as well as smoked salmon? Obviously not in the same bagel!!
And will they be available at the start of Thursday drinks?

What sorcery is this ? Why are you asking me ? You are supposed to offer me whatever you can be bothered making and selling through your two-hour window and I must pay handsomely for it.
Please don´t confuse me and offer it too cheap, as I will be concerned your ski breaks, profits, working hours and August shutdown may be compromised.
Oh...hold on....someone has just whispered in my ear that you are a forward-looking purveyor of fine fare that really wants to serve his customer with things they want. Sorry for my misunderstanding: - Chicken & Avocado
- Pastrami with mustard and salad
- Salmon with cheese butter
- Chicken with finely sliced ginger and spring onion
- Chicken and Bacon
I look forward to your tasty endeavours.

And I'll make sure the grill is hot early Thursday evening.

Not read all the previous, so maybe mentioned before...but now they're coming into season you can't beat a slice of lovely creamy tangy stilton with a sharp refreshing slice of cox's orange, wrapped in a rich dark slab of soft granary
btw...if you want some fun, banana and basil in white goes down nice also | This user would like to thank jaudi for this useful post:

About a year ago my 5 year old son and I invented the Chandwich™. Chicken, cheese and chorizo toasted on chiabata. You can use any cheese but we used cheddar for extra "ch". Quite tasty, and I was very happy we left out the chutney. In Switzerland there would be even more CH.
