Pre-natal: Tuesday 10-11.30am / Thursday 6-7.30pm. Remember you can do pre-natal yoga from 14 weeks and then right up until the day you have your baby (and even during the birth - all my classes are training for the day!).
Post-natal: Thursday 10-11.30am. Bring baby along if you wish (up to 4 months) and join our community of moms with new babies. Learn how to stand, hold and lift baby safely (for you and baby) as well as rebuilding your strength and tone. Most importantly learn how you can find time to relax so you can rejuvenate while still taking care of baby, both in and out of class.
