After some over-zealous tree pruning and emptying of a barn at our house in France, and a resultant week of back pain, I dispatched Mama G to Izabela as she worked wonders on my back. Not only did Izabela's magic fix her back, she fully explained what she was doing and why, and gave Mama G some trigger point and self help tip's and advice. 2 days after visiting Izabela, she has full and normal movement, painkillers stopped, sleep returned... and so has peace to Chez Goose .
Thanks Izabela!

Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it.
I will take this opportunity to inform everyone here that my massage studio in Zug is temporarily closed as I have to find new location for my business. I was travelig to beautiful Thailand in November and I am doing courses in Warsaw now and soon (March) in London. The plan is to reactivate with my service in January 2014 and hopefully I will come back with better offer and services.
To all my existing regular clients (and those who tried to contact me recently but didn't have much luck) Thank you for your business. It has been a pleasure to work with you. I hope to see you all soon. Have a great Christmas and good start of the year.

Hello,
I moved my studio to another location recently. New location of the studio is: Baarerstrasse 41, 6300 Zug
It is very centrally located, directly above Pier 41 restaurant and just off the train station in Zug.
If you come by train from Zurich it will take you there in 30 minutes.
Parking space is available in front of the building ( between pier 41 and Zuger Kantonalbank) or you can also park in Metalli.
I am also available on weekends.
Current offer includes massages, nail care and facials with Dermalogica, Med Beauty and Organics.
For massage therapy I use natural non-scented oils such as coconut or sesame oil but I am happy to introduce my clients to excellent products from Kanu Nature. This is tiny Polish company and their bath salts, massage oils, body scrubs and soaps are fantastic. Kanu will be available to purchase from my studio or you can get them directly from my website www.bodylogic.ch
I am not under any pressure to sell but if I could introduce some if my clients to their products I will be happy. This is excellent quality for still very reasonable price. If you like natural cosmetics or are looking for interesting gift idea contact me. I also offer body rituals with Kanu at my studio. Feel free to book.
Body Care:
Kanu Rituals - full body scrub, relaxing classical massage with Kanu oil or body butter - Mango, Chocolate & Orange or Coconut
Anti-cellulite treatment - scrub, 3 types of massage and Fango body wrap.
Pregnancy Massage, therapeutic back massage, deep tissue massage,
Ashiatsu bare feet massage
Massage prices range from 130 to 150 CHF depending how much time you wish to book. Ashiatsu and Kanu Body Rituals are cheaper than other massages as it is more relaxing or does not require so much physical work.
Face Care:
Facials with Dermalogica, Med Beauty
Treatments with iontophoresis, ultrasounds, skin scrubber
Diamond Microdermabrasion (face and back)
Facials for men
Teeny facials
Nail Care:
Japanese manicure, pedicure
SPA pedicure
Shellac

Dear Users and friends of Sports Massages - I tried many massage therapists in Zug and Zurich but no one topped her massages - and, it's not only the massages which are awesome and really a benefit but also her charisma and the way she treats her clients - she's the best I ever met!!! I love her massages!!! Regards, Toni

Hi Izabela,
Many thanks for the excellent back massages, as a tall man who slouches at my desk, snowboards badly, rakes leaves every Sunday, and carries one child on each shoulder up mountains, I really need fixing now and again.
You have a very personalised approach whereby you adapt your technique exactly to what's needed, this is so different to the 99% of massage therapists who seem to follow a set unimaginative routine. It makes all the difference to your customers.
Well done in getting your new location above Pier 41, it's accessible, bright and airy, and good for a Starbucks coffee beforehand and a restorative beer afterwards.
Simon.

Let me introduce you to a new depth of total relaxation.....
Try Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. It is deeper than deep tissue, luxurious, painless and therapeutic. This unique style utilizes deep pressure and massage strokes delivered by the practitioner’s well trained feet. The aim of this unique style is to transform muscular pain into a harmoniously flowing natural state, free from discomfort.
The main focus of Ashiatsu massage, also known as Chavutti Thirumal is to increase flexibility. Correctly performed, the massage enables postural muscles to strengthen, the hips and thoracic area to open, and the energetic channels to become activated.
Although "Ashiatsu" literally means foot (ashi) pressure (atsu) in Japanese, Ashiatsu massage therapy techniques also make use of knees, elbows, palms, and fingers where necessary and appropriate. By working with the body, Ashiatsu can heighten total (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) awareness. Treatments typically include stretching, stimulation or sedation of acupressure points/meridians, and structural alignment techniques. The work is effective therapeutically, and clients will often feel the work deeply in their muscles, internal organs, and bones.
My ropes are installed, they look amazing and I am ready to go. Welcome to my Monkey Garden . This massage is still difficult to find in Switzerland but you can have it now in Zug.

| | Beauty Salon in Zug: Waxing, Pedicure and Facials
I am offering Japanese manicure and pedicure - this treatment involves standard cuticle work, nail trimming and shaping, special paste + powder application. This is fast and very natural nail treatment. It gives wonderful shine to your natural nails.
Classic pedicure with hard skin removal and OPI nail varnish application or French polish is also available.
Permanent/Hybrid manicure and pedicure with Shellac products.
Waxing: I am using Australian Lycon wax which is flexible, very precise and almost painless.
I do have very good deals for facial treatments at the moment so please send PM for more details. This also includes facials with acid fruit peels and microdermabrasion.
From October Thalgo facials will be on offer.
Depending on the needs, following options for facial treatments are available: diamond microdermabrasion, ultrasounds, ionophoresis, ultrasound skin scrubber and needles mesotherapy.
My studio is very close to Zug train station and located next to Pier 41 restaurant so very convenient location and easy to find.

Another offer for those who see my adverts, recommendations and would love to have a session but location is a problem:
I often give up on going somewhere (yoga, pilates, massage in Zurich) regularly because it is too far (too much time for commuting) or I have to add costs of train tickets on top of my session which makes it too expensive.
So if you live and work in Zurich or Lucerne and time and costs are the issue here is my solution:
Come for the session in Zug and I will subtract your traveling costs from my regular price. The only investment is the cost of your session and time spent on the train but I'm afraid I can't do much about it but sometimes I am available on weekends. I only prefer to know in advance and not at the last minute so I can adjust to your schedule and plan my weekend around it.

I had the pleasure of meeting Izabela today and enjoyed a wonderful massage session that was very therapeutic in all ways. Izabela certainly is professional, friendly, and skilled. I've been having problems with my neck and lower back for the past five weeks, and Izabela relieved a significant amount of the stress and pressure in just one session.
I'd also like to add that she is a kind and gracious therapist and genuinely lovely to talk to. She took her time evaluating me and listening to my input about what I was trying to gain from the session. Additionally, she exceeded the time limit in order to finish the session and the treatment she thought would work.
I highly recommend trying her services and am a happy and grateful customer. Thank you, Izabela, for your professional therapy and friendly welcome!!!!
