Re: Anyone need a trained Life & Transition Coach?

It's likely that you've heard about career or executive coaching.
Years ago multinational companies realized that their CEOs and executives were under loads of pressure stemming from all points in their lifes. They acknowledged that this was affecting their productivity. In response, they hired life/career coachs to help them better handle the big and small challenges, goals, and emotions that they were coping with. The success rate was amazing and in consequence Coaching received respect and credibility. As people saw the advantages, they also recognized how it could help everyone in every situation. In consequence, coaching is now tapped by individuals in all milieux looking to strengthen their lives and futures.
Coaching doesn't offer advise or counselling. Using specific methods, techniques and excercises, a Trained Coach will help you to :

First, identify your long term and short term goals. These may be personal and/or professional such as resolving a problem, targeting and achieving a new success, dealing with conflicts or coping with transitions.

Second, explore your motivation, investigate new sources of strength and support, and uncover what may be holding you back.

And finally, encourage you to come up with your own strategy or action plan to carry you toward your objective.

Coaching is done face to face, by phone or via Skype. I have certain clients that can only do it by Skype or phone. That's quite standard practice.

My website isn't polished yet but all the info and straight talk is there. Please check it out. www.laurafarrand.com
