This is my best friend's company and they do everything from regular cleaning of office and apartments/houses to move out cleans to building management. They also available to take on special projects such as window cleaning or clean ups after renovations.

My flatmate and I personally hire them to clean our flat and they do an amazing job. Every week it's like new.

English isn't his mother tongue, but he is able to communicate well in English and of course, I'm available to act as a go between if needed!

I think he may have already called you back, but to answer your question, they do household cleaning (floors, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) but not washing and ironing clothes.

It is too difficult to give a general quote like that since it depends a lot on the flat, how often you want them to come in and what exactly you want done. Best thing if you are interested is to set up an appointment for him to come and talk to you. Than he can quote you a price and you can decide.

Has anyone used this company (ac-clean)? I'm thinking about using them to clean my apartment when I move out, but was hoping to hear from a satisfied customer first.

I used these guys when I first moved in, they were excellent, on-time, perfect windows (outside and inside), did extra jobs like cleaning out the fireplace and taking rubbish away with them. Had to stop because I couldn't afford them anymore

What do they charge per hour? Was their work damage-free?

They came and quoted the job for the month, I couldn't work out an hourly rate as sometimes there were 3 guys and sometimes 2. They broke a toilet seat on their first visit and replaced it on their second - it wasn't a problem at all. No other breakages or damage.

Oh no! They were very careful, I too have a stainless steel fridge, that is still unmarked. In fact the kitchen sink was a source of amazement for me, I actually called all the family in to have a look at it after they had left, I don't know what product they used, but it looked better than brand new! Needless to say the kids were not nearly as enthralled as I was

This company cleans our house in Cham, and the do a very good job.
