Re: Tennis lessons during summer and winter season!

Just wanted to post my feedback as well after starting lessons with Fadzi. I hadn't played in years, so it felt really good to get my hands on a racket again, and Fadzi's great! I told her to be tough and strict with me (and she is), but she is also a fun, enthusiastic teacher. She strikes a really good balance between explaining, illustrating and practicing. And is accommodating about my weird hours. I'm glad to have found her .

p.s. Fadzi's personal secretary is also very efficient.

Re: Tennis lessons during summer and winter season!

Just to bump this thread again as the spring/summer season is around the corner. We are planning to organize a few expats social events this year with demo tennis lessons and possibility of having squad training or one-to-one tennis lessons. Details of the location, date, kind of drill and etc. will be announced soon

Despite the rain, the above offer is still valid on indoor tennis courts or outdoors whenever is clearing up

I have read all the posts, but where is it that you would be giving lessons before I ask anything else?

We found out that for the clients who live in Zurich area, the preferred location is Vitis in Schlieren (some 3 stations away from Zurich HB). My wife and travelling coach at the same time also does some lessons in Mythenquai there by the lake side. It's very much up to the client though, if you e.g. live nearby sports center and it is reasonable travelling distance we can make a plan for you.

Please feel free to ask me more question via PM.

Well, close to Baden to be exact but we also cover Zurich area and travel bit further out to reach our clients in emergency . We would love to get as far as Lausanne, but unfortunately it is different neck of the woods thus making any arrangments almost impractical.

Re: Tennis lessons during summer and winter season!

Just to let everyone (to whom it might concern) know that to catch up with tennis lessons for the season my coaching better half is away till the 30th of October (visit overseas) so any requests and FAQ are answered by her PA (myself). Thanks everyone for patience and support. Lessons for winter season will be resumed on the 1st of November as usual.

Re: Tennis lessons during summer and winter season!

Smile and extended invitation again to all those who have given up tennis for time being in the name of the snowsport's season. Sad reality is that the snow went south, perhaps somewhere nearby Zermatt area few patches can be found there... If you still want to continue with the lessons to kill the boring days and get in shape for spring and summer season pls bump this thread.

Re: Tennis lessons during summer and winter season!

Six months ago I decided to learn the tennis basics the right way. In fact I had never taken lessons before, but "just played". So I made up my mind to take some private lessons and I found Fadzi here in this forum.

Now it's six months that I am taking lessons (1 hour per week) and I feel like I have definitely improved. Still a long way to go imo, but it is nice when you can see the improvements. Just wanted to say that Fadzi is a good teacher: competent, patient and with the ability to push you ahead when needed. As an example, I like the fact that she adapts the way she hits the ball to my skills: now that I have improved she hammers her shots back to make me deserve my points
Thanks Fadzi!

Re: Tennis lessons during summer and winter season!

Quick question, if I can find a beginner partner that would like to take lessons with me, would you be willing to coach two of us for the same price per hour?

Thank you. Hestia

Re: Tennis lessons during summer and winter season!

Hello! Despite the wacky and iffy weather the tennis lessons are still offered with a small exception that we move indoors, otherwise we keep them going outdoors whenever sun is out! If you are still interested please PM for details.

Hello,

I realize that this thread was made a long time ago, but is there still any lessons available, if so where and when do they take place?
