Coming from Lancashire, I was brought up on Lancashire cheese (makes wondeful cheese on toast), but had never heard of the 'Lancashire Bomb.'
Looks very yummy!

We opened the orange Whisky one last night

On Tuesday I get some Mrs Kirkhams Lancashire that Neals Yard in London have matured for a further 9 months and they are meant to be amazing.

Westcombe raw milk "Slow Food" cheddar is my house cheddar, medium strong, slightly smoky and earthy sometimes. Next week I'll have some Montgomery's for Christmas, stronger is Isle of Mull, more peppery and much harder, but everyone seems to love Godminster in the dark red wax - my best seller, much softer and sweet and fruity.

Other strong but not smelly cheeses are the Lancashire bombs and Lincolnshire Poacher, one of my favourite cheeses.

My Clotted Cream is pasteurised and will last up to a year in the fridge, 5 days once opened. The small jars (170gr) are 8.50, large jars (450gr) 22.50. It's not cheap as it's one of the few things I have a high import duty to pay as it's over 55% fat.

Re: The British Cheese Centre of Switzerland

It's Christmas Market time this weekend. From Thursday to Sunday we're at the Luzern Venite market in the Kappelplatz and from Friday to Sunday we're at the Rapperswil Christmas Market (I'll only personally be at the Rappi market on the Sunday if you fancy a natter)

As well as cheese we'll be serving Mince Pies and Christmas Pudding Scones (our own creation) warm with Clotted cream and to keep the cold out we have our famous Hot Toddies, Port Wine and Single Malt Whiskies.

Our full range of cheeses and other products are at the Viadukt market in Zurich.

If you can't get to them, last orders from our web shop is next Monday for delivery by Thursday and we have a great selection of good value Tasting Packs and Christmas Cheese Boards on the link below. You can also order a small selection of individual cheeses too.

Thanks everyone for your support this year!

Re: The British Cheese Centre of Switzerland

Last orders for cheese by post by Christmas is noon today. Thanks everyone for supporting us this year, we'll be having drinks at the Viadukt on Thursday evening from 6 - 9 with free cheese boards and mince pies and clotted cream.

Re: The British Cheese Centre of Switzerland

We're at the new revamped Zurich HB market today until 7pm, a bigger stall (behind the zebra tropical fruit vitamin bar) and we have filled bagels to eat here or to take away and loads of scones and clotted cream.

And we have lots of cheese too of course!

Stop by for a beer this evening

A selection of our cheese is now on the menu at the Fork and Bottle Saturday Gastro Pub menu. I saw the haddock for the Fish and Chips, it'll be worth going just for that... but they also have Rappi Gold on draught too

THANKS! Only just saw this.

I'm in Geneva tomorrow at Moevenpick Wine from 11 - 4 or 5.... free wine and cheese tasting, but I'll bring plenty to sell too.

I'll also be at the Expat Expo in Cham on Sunday from 11 - 5.... I'll also bring some British ales and scones along too!

I'm at the Zurich market again today and Stichelton, the raw milk version of Stilton is back, as is Montgomery raw milk cheddar on special price of 5.50/100gr. Loads of other cheeses, scones and clotted cream and bagels, and with smoked salmon and cream cheese for lunch. We're open until 8, see you later !
