There is a Cressier in Fribourg and another in Neuchâtel but sadly neither of those have Movenpick wine shops. | | | | | Thanks, just edited it. Looking forward to being down there next Sunday to practice my outrageously sexy French accent. |

I think I will scout out the Expo next Sunday, if I am not cramming. Do you still do the little cheddar hearts? Is it at Palexpo?

I've just opened a Haford from south west Wales. A proper farm made, raw milk Bio cloth bound cheddar and it bites back. Seriously, I guess it's the best Cheddar I have ever tried.

I have considered importing commercially made ones from the UK and freezing them. I'll look into that again in the new year, we do that with back bacon and it works well

So if you do make them please let me know - in advance preferably - and I'll come from Winterthur and get them.
Also the frozen-crumpets-idea you should proceed. I can't possibly be the only one who craves them?

Unfortunately, that crumpet department closes it's doors for the last time in April.
