Any tips for re-heating the hot cross buns from frozen? | | | | | Do you speak German? I was checking same thing on this website 5 minutes ago.
For buns scroll all the way down.

Any tips for re-heating the hot cross buns from frozen? | | | | | The ones we sent to you yesterday were baked fresh on Wednesday. But if you want to freeze them to use later, just let them de-frost on their own. You can eat them just like that, but I would say 5 mins in a 150c oven will give them that fresh baked texture and smell. Thanks!

Sorry to ask a dumb question but is there a ‘day’ to roll out the buns? Good Friday, Easter Sunday, etc.
They are resting safely in the freezer.
I’d like to ‘surprise’ the bride if I can.

Enjoying our cheese and oat cakes which just arrived today! Delicious and we definitely plan to reorder . Hang in there as many are rooting for you and other small business owners!
Speaking of which, I was contacted by a wine merchant who is offering a 20% discount on his inventory with free delivery in Switzerland.
PM me if you need more info regarding his offer/inventory!

Please, send me the link for the wine!

Last orders for posting around Switzerland is tonight. We will be sending parcels out in central and west Zürich on Thursday, Friday and Saturday though. You can also order online to come and collect from the shop.
Lots of new Gins, beers and Port wines too.
thanks for supporting us at this difficult time, it's really appreciated! Webshop | This user would like to thank grumpygrapefruit for this useful post:

We didn’t quite make it to Good Friday and scoffed one pack of hot cross buns over the weekend. I can confirm that they are truly delicious.
We have a second pack to look forward to for Easter. | The following 5 users would like to thank Belgianmum for this useful post:

I was planning on serving them on Friday morning ... perhaps I should get up at the crack of dawn. I also wanted to try your trick of heating them at 150 for a few minutes.
... or maybe before bedtime Thursday move them to the fridge?

I would just get them out Fri morning, even 1 hour before (take them out of the bag and cover them with kitchen paper, then 5 mins in the oven, they'll be as good as freshly baked!

A man with a plan. I will do as you suggest.
I doubt if she will able to scoff down the entire package. At least not in one go. How long should they remain edible, after freezing?

I bumped into the people at Legends over the weekend in Flims. Looking a bit shell shocked after having baked almost 2000 hot cross buns and still had another 1000+ to go.
My buns arrived today at 7.30am. What a service! Hats off to these guys!

Placed our first order with you on saturday. Arrived yesterday thanks, and now enjoying the excellent cheeses, most of which I'd not eaten before, so a great new experience.
Thanks also for the small jar of lemon curd. Can you eat this with the cheese like a chutney?

Just seen you have some Green Fig jam on back order. The mini jar of lemon curd is a freeby, Tiptree sent me a box of them to give out as "Thanks Yous", I'll send a mini jar with something different for you next week!
