I am trying a new possibility. I have a macgregor26m, in Bodensee area. It has a 60 Hp engine and can be used both as a sailboat and a motorboat. For further details on this boat at www.macgregor26.com. I have a spot at the dock (it is not tied to a mooring ball).

Max 6 adults on the boat (6 berths). There is a head (toilet) and galley (kitchen), and all necessarys equipment on boat, including emergency kit.

For spring and summer 2010, I am making the boat available :
- for charter to responsible sailors who have official swiss boating license.
- I can take you sailing and/or motoring with skiing options
- available for groups who want to spend time on the lake.
- can teach sailing and motorboating.
- can help you get the the official swiss sailing and motoring licenses

Half day, full day, weekdays, and weekends are possible.

Only possible for the lake of Constance are.

It is my pvt boat. I am exploring this as a part time possible opportunity. Rates/costs are negotiable.

Additional details around this opprotunity:
- For experienced sailors and motorboaters, getting swiss permits (motor and sail is a breeze). It can be now be done, all in english (did it myself). German language is optional. Can help you with that.
- Sailing courses from me will include ASA 101 and ASA 103 (http://www.asa.com/asa_standards_summary.html , www.asa.com)
- If you like sailing, I can help you further with the remaining ASA courses.
- Completion of these ASA courses permits chartering of boats in all Mediterrean countries (have done it myself), and other parts of the world.
- You can go fishing on the lake. You will need a permit, but if I go with you, then you don't need one. For your own fishing permit, you will need to pass a test in german. I can help you with that.
- Couples can spend the whole weekend on the boat quite comfortably (docked or anchored).
- Boat is available for evening/sunset dinners, and for group outings.

I have been sailing for a number of years and have competent crew and day skipper licenses with the Singapore yachting association. I live in zurich and would love to sail on the lake here but I heard the exams are in german? Any help would be great!
