Get ready for the next ski season GET READY AND FIT FOR THE SKI SEASON
The first snow already covers the tops of Flumserberg and Hoch Ybrig! Let`s get not only our ski and ski clothes ready but also our most valuable equipment – our body.
Training sessions comprise:
- strengthen the main muscle groups of legs, bottom, abs, pelvic floor and back using Yoga, Pilates and classical strength training exercises
-stretching and relaxation of stiff muscles
-posture and weight control if necessary
We will practise at a time and place convenient to you and I will bring all the necessary equipment with me.
