Ok, I need to get it off my chest.

I know the right way is to send a complaint letter to the hotel management (which I will), but before I find the right words to put in this letter, I write here in a few words what happened.

HOTEL RADISSON BLU: beautiful
ANGELS' WINE BAR: breathtaking
RESTAURANT FILINI'S FOOD: delicious

RESTAURANT FILINI'S SERVICE: horrendous, words cannot describe...

What a pity, we had guests over that evening, and first of all the table we had reserved the night before, very specifically, as we wanted them to have a nice view to the wine bar, was taken, they did not even apologize or at least do something to make us feel better.

I guess my face showed clearly my discontent to them... took another table.. we didn't have much of a choice at that time... then they treated us poorly the whole evening, really, just a little hint, imagine waiting 15 minutes for a pineapple juice--- what can I say...?

Welcome to the 'joy' of the Blu
The service is astonishingly bad at all times, so it seems. Yet to have a wholly good experience. My girlfriend and I had a drink at the bar this afternoon - 20 mins to consume the drink (plus soppy romantic chat), and another 20 to get the er behind the bar at which we sat to get his attention, the bill and the credit card sorted out.
And today was a good day.
I propose we all assemble at the airport and march on the shower of b*st*rds with pitchforks, shovels and baseball bats. Bring food and drink, in case of starvation while waiting for staff to show up

But what is the problem with Radisson ? I had a stay at the Radisson in Geneva many years ago. Nice room, nice service at the reception. But service at the bar already there and then was lousy. I after the opening of the Radisson ZRH went there for something small in the café. All ok, but the service still as lousy as mentioned above . I just a year ago met people who were guests in the Radisson. I spoke with them about a small snack / drink late in the evening and they opposed their "place" saying "the rooms are top but the gastronomy forget it" and so we went to a place in the airport area itself.

I spent my first night in Switzerland at the Radisson Blu ... nice hotel, nice room and obnoxious twit on reception when I checked out in the morning

that the service of the hotel itself is immaculate

I had a similar experience in the "Africal Hotel" (Meridien) in Tunis some
30 years ago. I contacted the HQ of the group in Paris and when I was
in Tunis two years later, the mighty chief and his girl-friend were gone !

Which means, react within a sensible time and address somebody in charge
